- During the week of February 11, 2013, Scott Rosenblum tried to a jury in the City of St. Louis, an assault in the first degree and armed criminal action case, State of Missouri v. Nicholas Oughton. The jury acquitted after three hours of deliberation.
- During the week of May 13, 2013, Scott Rosenblum tried to a jury in Crawford County, a murder in the first degree case, State of Missouri v. Brian McBenge. The jury acquitted after only fifteen minutes of deliberation. Brian McBenge was charged as a result of a cold case investigation of a 1984 murder in Steelville, Missouri. McBenge was accused of killing his 81 year old grandfather.

- Mr. Rosenblum recently represented Michael Megl, a sophomore college student who had been charged with sexual assault in Phelps County, Missouri. On January 30, 2013, Mr. Rosenblum and Mr. Megl received a not guilty verdict after the jury deliberating for just one hour and forty minutes.
- David Barnes, represented by Scott Rosenblum, was found not guilty of deviant sexual assault by a jury of his peers in a trial that began on October 1, 2012, and lasted only 3 days in St. Louis County.
- After a 4 day trial in Washington County, attorneys Scott Rosenblum and John Rogers walked out of the courthouse with Jimmie Perko who was found not guilty of Murder in the First Degree. Read full story here
